Rooms rent for $515 per month ($17.00 per day on partial month arriving or departing) includes heat/air-conditioning, electricity, water, cable TV, high-speed internet access, local phone calls and off street parking.

Kitchen fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, potsn pans, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster and large refrigerator.

Road Runner high-speed internet, with network access connections provided in each bedroom.

Partial monthly rates are available on the month arriving and the month departing.
