Rooms rent for $475 per month ($15.50 per day on partial month arriving or departing) includes heat/air-conditioning, electricity, water, cable TV, high-speed internet access, local phone calls and off street parking.

Kitchen fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots’n pans, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster and large refrigerator.

Road Runner high-speed internet, with network access connections provided in each bedroom.

Partial monthly rates are available on the month arriving and the month departing.

Security deposit of $150 required.

Also available with the Co-op Loft comes the option of biweekly housekeeping services. Based on an additional fee, these services include general cleaning of common areas twice per week.

Term Timing

Spring Term begins January 1st and runs through May 31st.

Summer Term begins June 1st and runs through August 31st.

Fall Term begins September 1st and runs through December 31st.
