The primary purpose of the
Co-op house,
the
Co-op loft, and the
Co-op plex is to assist
university students who require short-term housing
while actively working with businesses in the
Fox Valley area.
These three homes
provide a fun and unique housing alternative
where students can live independently with other
students.
Our Solution
Our solution provides housing for up to
eight
students, each with his or her own privately
furnished bed room. The common living areas
in each home are also completely furnished top
to bottom. Rent and all utilities are included
in one simple month payment.
Laundry facilities
are available free to co-renters for their convenience.
High speed internet access is provided to each
of the bedrooms, allowing students the capability
to remain connected with family and friends
whenever and wherever. Off street parking, another
plus, with some limited garage space available
at a minimal additional charge, first come first
serve.
